Itinerary
Day 1 :
Arrival in Guwahati – Transfer to Kaziranga

Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, you’ll be greeted by your tour guide. After a warm welcome, you’ll proceed to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its population of one-horned rhinoceroses. The drive takes approximately 5–6 hours, offering scenic views of the countryside. Check-in at your hotel in Kaziranga. After freshening up, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.
Kaziranga National Park:
Located in the Indian state of Assam, Kaziranga National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its population of the greater one-horned rhinoceros. Spanning over 1,000 square kilometers, the park features a mix of grasslands, swamps, and dense forests, making it a biodiversity hotspot. Day 2 :
Kaziranga National Park Safari

Day 3 :
Kaziranga to Shillong

In the morning after breakfast, check out from your hotel in Kaziranga and drive towards Shillong, the beautiful capital of Meghalaya. The journey will take around 5–6 hours, with a stop at Umiam Lake, a picturesque spot surrounded by hills. Upon arrival in Shillong, check in to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure, exploring local markets or enjoying the cool climate. Overnight stay in Shillong.

Umiam Lake, also known as Barapani, is a stunning artificial reservoir located near Shillong in Meghalaya, India. Created in the 1960s by damming the Umiam River, it covers an area of around 10.5 square kilometers. Surrounded by lush hills, the lake is known for its serene blue waters and scenic beauty. Popular for water sports like kayaking, rowing, and jet-skiing, Umiam Lake is also a favourite spot for picnics and nature walks.
Day 4 :
Shillong Sightseeing

In the morning after breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Shillong. Visit Shillong Peak for panoramic views, Ward’s Lake for a peaceful stroll, and the Don Bosco Museum to explore the rich heritage and culture of Northeast India. Return to your hotel in Shillong in the evening. Overnight stay in Shillong.

In the morning after breakfast, check out from your hotel in Shillong and drive back to Guwahati. On arrival, check in to your hotel in Guwahati. You can visit the Kamakhya Temple on Nilachal Hill or enjoy a leisurely evening by the Brahmaputra River. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

The Kamakhya Temple, located in Guwahati, Assam, is one of the most revered Hindu temples dedicated to the goddess Kamakhya, a form of the Mother Goddess Shakti. It sits atop the Nilachal Hill and is a significant pilgrimage site, known for its unique deity representation—without a traditional idol, the goddess is symbolized by a yoni-shaped stone.
Brahmaputra River:
The Brahmaputra River is one of the major rivers in India, flowing through Tibet, India, and Bangladesh. Originating from the Angsi Glacier in Tibet, it travels through Arunachal Pradesh and Assam, where it is known as the Brahmaputra, before entering Bangladesh as the Jamuna River. The river is crucial for its biodiversity, fertile plains, and as a lifeline for millions of people, providing water for agriculture, transportation, and daily life.
Day 7 :
Guwahati Sightseeing – Departure

In the morning after breakfast, explore key attractions in Guwahati, such as the Assam State Museum or Sankardev Kalakshetra. Depending on your departure time, you’ll be transferred to the Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.

We reserve the right to change the same due to availability issues with the hotel or unavoidable circumstances. Our offer is based on the usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise). If this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in the next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
🍽️ MEALS:
The menus are pre-set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions and exclusions as committed at the time of confirmation.
In standard/Budget category of hotels, the meals preferences are veg meals unless specified and in Deluxe/Super Deluxe and Luxury category of hotels/resort the meals are a mixture of veg and non-veg preferences.
Mostly buffet meals are served during the tour, but depending upon the less occupancy and group size Ala Carte meals may be served by the hotels. No claim can be made for the meal which guest has missed and not utilized.
📅 ITINERARY CHANGES:
For the comfort and convenience of guests, there could be some changes or amendments in the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event a guest misses any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on their part, they will not be entitled to claim a refund of the same.
The timings mentioned in the day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits en route, meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests, and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.
🚌 TRANSPORT:
We normally use A/C Sedan such as Etios/Desire Innova/Crysta/Tempo Travellers/2X2 A/C Coaches for our tours depending upon the group size and preferences of the travel. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day, rest period per day, etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case any of the sightseeing schedules are missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.
Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.

•Need 50% payment of the package cost, 30 days prior to departure date
•Need 100% payment of the package cost, 15 days prior to departure date
🔄Cancellation AndRefund Policy:
•25% of full tour cost - 60 days prior to arrival.
•50% of full tour cost - between 30 days prior to tour.
•75% of full tour cost - between 29 & 16 days prior to tour
•100% - within 15 days prior to tour.
•50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
•Balance 50% before 15 days from the Tour Starts.
