Day 1 :
Arrival in Kolkata

Arrive at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata and transfer to your hotel. After checking in, take the afternoon to explore some of Kolkata’s iconic heritage sites, including the Victoria Memorial, Howrah Bridge, and Eden Gardens. In the evening, enjoy the city’s vibrant atmosphere. You will stay overnight in Kolkata.
Victoria Memorial:
The Victoria Memorial is a grand monument located in Kolkata, India, dedicated to the memory of Queen Victoria, the longest-reigning British monarch. Built between 1906 and 1921, it is an iconic blend of British and Mughal architectural styles, with elements of Venetian, Egyptian, and Deccan architecture. Day 2 :
Kolkata to Darjeeling

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Kolkata and take a morning flight or train from Kolkata to New Jalpaiguri (NJP). From NJP, drive to Darjeeling. Upon arrival, check into your hotel in Darjeeling. In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely stroll down Mall Road and visit the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (Toy Train) station. In the evening, head to one of Darjeeling's famous spots, such as Observatory Hill or Batasia Loop, to take in the stunning view of Kanchenjunga. You will stay overnight in Darjeeling.

The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, commonly known as the Toy Train, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most famous railways in India. The main station of the Toy Train is located at Junction Road Railway Station in Darjeeling, a hill station in West Bengal. The Toy Train was inaugurated in 1881 and connects the town of Darjeeling to New Jalpaiguri, covering a distance of about 88 kilometers. The train travels through picturesque landscapes, offering breathtaking views of tea gardens, valleys, and the Kanchenjunga mountain range.
Observatory Hill:
Observatory Hill is a prominent hilltop in Darjeeling, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, including the majestic Kanchenjunga, the third-highest peak in the world. Day 3 :
Trekking and Exploring Darjeeling

Afterward, visit the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute to learn about the region’s wildlife and mountaineering history. In the evening, you can explore Chowrasta Mall or take a ride on the Toy Train, if time permits. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 4 :
Paragliding and Explore Darjeeling

The Sundarbans is a vast mangrove forest region located in the delta of the Ganges, Brahmaputra, and Meghna rivers in the Bay of Bengal, spanning parts of India and Bangladesh. It is one of the largest and most ecologically significant mangrove forests in the world and is renowned for its unique biodiversity. The Sundarbans is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and serves as a vital habitat for numerous species, including the elusive and endangered Bengal tiger, which is the forest's most famous resident. Other wildlife found in the region includes saltwater crocodiles, spotted deer, various species of birds, and aquatic animals like dolphins and various fish species.
Day 6 :
Boat Safari and Jungle Exploration in Sundarbans

After breakfast, start your day with boat safari through the Sundarbans Reserve Forest, one of the largest tidal halophytic mangrove forests in the world. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to Bengal tigers, saltwater crocodiles, fishing cats, and migratory birds. Visit Dobanki Watchtower for panoramic views and excellent wildlife sightings. In the afternoon, explore more of the sanctuary with a jungle trek or visit Sajnekhali Watchtower for additional bird watching. Sajnekhali Watchtower:
The Sajnekhali Watchtower is a prominent and well-known spot in the Sundarbans National Park, located in the southern part of West Bengal, India. Situated on the Sajnekhali Island, the watchtower is part of the Sundarbans Tiger Reserve and is strategically positioned within the heart of the Sundarbans' dense mangrove forests.
Day 7 :
Return to Kolkata
Kolkata
After breakfast, take one last boat safari or explore nearby islands and villages of the Sundarbans. In the afternoon, return to Kolkata by road or opt for a boat transfer to Canning followed by a drive back to the city. Depending on your flight schedule, relax and visit any remaining attractions, such as New Market or Science City. You will either stay overnight in Kolkata or head to the airport for your onward journey.

🍽️ MEALS:
The menus are pre-set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions and exclusions as committed at the time of confirmation.
In standard/Budget category of hotels, the meals preferences are veg meals unless specified and in Deluxe/Super Deluxe and Luxury category of hotels/resort the meals are a mixture of veg and non-veg preferences.
Mostly buffet meals are served during the tour, but depending upon the less occupancy and group size Ala Carte meals may be served by the hotels. No claim can be made for the meal which guest has missed and not utilized.
📅 ITINERARY CHANGES:
For the comfort and convenience of guests, there could be some changes or amendments in the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event a guest misses any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on their part, they will not be entitled to claim a refund of the same.
The timings mentioned in the day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits en route, meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests, and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.
🚌 TRANSPORT:
We normally use A/C Sedan such as Etios/Desire Innova/Crysta/Tempo Travellers/2X2 A/C Coaches for our tours depending upon the group size and preferences of the travel. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day, rest period per day, etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case any of the sightseeing schedules are missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.
