Day 1 :
Arrival in Chennai + Drive to Vellore (Vellore Fort)

Arrive in Chennai by flight/train in the morning. Meet your driver and head to Vellore. After checking into your hotel and freshening up, visit Vellore Fort, a 16th-century fortress known for its grand military architecture and the Jalakandeswarar Temple within its walls. Explore the fort’s moat and museum, showcasing regional artifacts. In the evening, relax at your hotel in Vellore. Overnight stay in Vellore.
Vellore Fort:
Vellore Fort is a historic fort located in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. Built in the 16th century by the Vijayanagara Empire, it was later expanded by the Mughal and Maratha rulers. Day 3 :
Gingee – Thirumayam (Thirumayam Fort)

In the morning check out after breakfast and drive to Thirumayam in Pudukkottai district. Visit the historic Thirumayam Fort, dating back to the 17th century, known for its towering walls, bastions, and hidden tunnels. Inside the fort, explore the Satyagiriswarar Temple and the Shrine of Lord Vishnu. Afterward, check in to your hotel in Karaikudi. Overnight stay in Karaikudi.
Thirumayam Fort:
Thirumayam Fort is a historic fort located in the southern part of Tamil Nadu, near the town of Thirumayam, about 20 kilometers from Pudukkottai. Satyagiriswarar Temple:

Like many regional temples in Tamil Nadu, it is known for its religious significance and local devotees. Typically, temples like these are centers of community and cultural activities, often featuring traditional Dravidian architectural styles with intricately carved structures and beautiful sanctums.
Day 5 :
Karaikudi – Departure from Madurai or Trichy

In the morning after breakfast, drive to Madurai or Trichy, depending on your departure preference. If time allows, visit the magnificent Meenakshi Temple in Madurai or the Rockfort Temple in Trichy. In the afternoon, depart for your onward journey by flight/train.
Meenakshi Temple:
The Meenakshi Temple, located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, is a significant Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Meenakshi (a form of Parvati) and her consort Lord Sundareswarar (Shiva). Renowned for its stunning Dravidian architecture, the temple complex features intricately carved structures, towering gopurams (gateway towers), and grand halls, with the tallest gopuram rising to about 170 feet. The temple's origins date back to the 6th century CE, though it was extensively expanded and renovated in the 14th to 17th centuries under the Nayak rulers. It is not only a major pilgrimage site but also a symbol of Tamil culture and devotion.

Our offer is based on the usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise). If this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in the next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
🍽️ MEALS:
The menus are pre-set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions and exclusions as committed at the time of confirmation.
In standard/Budget category of hotels, the meals preferences are veg meals unless specified and in Deluxe/Super Deluxe and Luxury category of hotels/resort the meals are a mixture of veg and non-veg preferences.
Mostly buffet meals are served during the tour, but depending upon the less occupancy and group size Ala Carte meals may be served by the hotels. No claim can be made for the meal which guest has missed and not utilized.
📅 ITINERARY CHANGES:
For the comfort and convenience of guests, there could be some changes or amendments in the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event a guest misses any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on their part, they will not be entitled to claim a refund of the same.
The timings mentioned in the day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits en route, meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests, and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.
🚌 TRANSPORT:
We normally use A/C Sedan such as Etios/Desire Innova/Crysta/Tempo Travellers/2X2 A/C Coaches for our tours depending upon the group size and preferences of the travel. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day, rest period per day, etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case any of the sightseeing schedules are missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.
Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.

•50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
•Balance 50% before 15 days from the Tour Starts.
