Day 1 :
Arrive Delhi and drive to Shimla (Drive 350 Kms/ 9hrs.)

Upon your arrival at Delhi airport/railway station, our tour representative will be there to warmly greet you and provide assistance for a smooth transfer to Shimla, which will be done by road. Once you reach Shimla, complete the check-in process at your hotel. Enjoy a leisurely evening, taking in the serene surroundings.
Shimla, fondly known as the "Queen of Hills," serves as the capital city of Himachal Pradesh and is renowned for its breathtaking scenery and relaxed ambiance. During your leisure time, take the opportunity to explore the nearby attractions at your own pace, such as the Mall, the Ridge, and other captivating spots. Spend a comfortable overnight stay, cherishing the beauty of Shimla's landscapes and the tranquility it offers.
TheRidge:
TheRidge road is a large open space, located in the center of Shimla, the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, India. The Ridge is the hub of all cultural activities of Shimla. It is situated along the Mall Road, which is the famous shopping center of Shimla. Most major places of Shimla like Sanjauli Snowdown (IGMC), Mall Road, Jakhu Temple, Oakover, Kali Bari, Annadale, etc. are connected through the Ridge.
It runs east to west alongside the Mall Road, and joins it at the Scandal Point on the west side. On the east side, The Ridge road leads to Lakkar Bazaar, a wooden crafts market. It's the major landmark and the most easily recognized face of the hill station. When winter sets in and when the country had its first major snowfall of the year, most newspapers printed photos of the ridge submerged in clumps of fresh snow.
Prominent landmarks on the Ridge area is Christ Church, a neo-Gothic structure built in 1844 and a Tudorbethan styled library building built in 1910. There are four statues on the ridge; that of Mahatma Gandhi, Indira Gandhi, Dr. Y.S. Parmar the first chief minister of Himachal Pradesh and the recently established statue of Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Day 2 :
Shimla – Naldehra Excursion with local sight seeing

After a delightful breakfast at your hotel in Shimla, get ready to start your journey towards Naldehra. The scenic drive will take you through lush greenery, pine forests, and winding roads, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Pitspot in Mashobra, a nearby village renowned for its lush meadows and apple orchards. This is an excellent spot to enjoy a picnic amidst nature's beauty. Later drive onward to see the Naldehra Golf Course, this is 9-hole golf course, set against a backdrop of tall deodar trees and rolling hills, is one of the most beautiful and oldest golf courses in India. For an adventurous touch to your excursion, can opt for Horse Riding in Naldehra. Later return back. Thereafter return and visit the famous mall road of Shimla. Visit the Scandal Point Jhakoo Temple (private vehicles do not have access to Jhakoo temple because of the location. The guests can take a shared taxi available on Mall Road and visit the temple. It’s advisable to visit the temple before it turns dark; hence the guests can first visit the temple and then spend time on the mall road.) After ample of Shopping time return to your hotel for a mouth watering dinner. Overnight in the resort.
Jakhu Temple :
Jakhu Temple (also Jakhoo Temple) is an ancient temple in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India, dedicated to the Hindu deity Lord Hanuman. It is situated at Jakhu Hill, Shimla's highest peak, 2.5 km (1.6 mi) east of the Ridge at a height of 2,455 m (8,054 ft) above sea level. Every year, a festival is held on Dussehra, before 1972 the festival used to be held at Annadale. Shri Hanuman Ji's statue is situated in the temple premises which is known as one of the tallest in the world.
According to the Ramayana, Hanuman stopped at the location to rest while searching for the Sanjivni Booti to revive Lakshmana. A giant 108-feet-high idol of Hanuman was unveiled at Jakhu Hanuman temple on 4 November 2010. At 108 feet (33 m), it surpasses the statue of Christ the Redeemer, which measures at 98 feet (30 m), in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The cost of construction was Rs 1.5 crores. The public unveiling was officiated by Abhishek Bachchan.
The temple is accessible by foot, horse, taxi or ropeway. The Jakhu Ropeway is an aerial lift that links a point near the centre of Shimla to the temple. It was developed by Jagson International Limited and opened in 2017.
Scandal Point:
According to the history Bhupinder Singh, the Maharaja of Patiala fell in love with the daughter of the viceroy. It is believed that the king and viceroy's daughter eloped from this point way back in 1892. Therefore, he was banned from entering Shimla. Later on, he founded the new summer capital of Chail for himself. The intersection between the Mall and the Ridge from where they eloped was named ScandalPoint.
The most observable feature of this place is a statue of Indian freedom fighter Lal Lajpat Rai. Scotland Church is also one of the attractions of this place. The famous Alfa restaurant having some mouthwatering Indian food as well as western food, the picturesque view of the valley and the surrounding milky White Mountain peaks attract people from all age groups who enjoy the scenic beauty of the area. Scandal Point is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. One can also enjoy horse-riding around the area.
Day 3 :
Shimla–Chail–Kufri –Shimla

Embark on an early morning drive to the charming hill station of Kufri, nestled at an altitude of 9000 feet. This quaint town offers mesmerizing vistas of the majestic Himalayas and provides a glimpse into the local way of life. The must-visit attractions in Kufri are Mohasu Peak, Fagu, and the Himalayan National Park.
After immersing yourself in Kufri's allure, make your way to Chail, just an hour's drive away. This picturesque village boasts the world's highest cricket ground, making it a unique destination to explore. Visit the famous Chail Palace and the Chail Wildlife Sanctuary, where you can encounter the region's rich flora and fauna.
Fagu Peak:
Situated at an elevation of 2500 meters, Fagu is a serene snow-clad hamlet, located around 45 minutes drive from Shimla. It is known for its apple plantations, sowing fields and the snow-covered Himalayas in the backdrop. Since it is secluded, Fagu is a honeymooner's heaven. It also popular amongst trekkers and naturalists.
It is believed that Fagu has derived its name from the word 'fog'. It remains covered in fog for almost 9 months a year. The whole place is enveloped by lush green pine and cedar trees and has a dreamy landscape. A number of apple trees are also located here which are adorned with rich red apples. Potato Fields are also common to spot. You can also sight animals such as snow leopards, yaks and ponies that are inhabitants of Fagu.
The Himalayan National Park:
The Himalayan Nature Park located at Kufri is about 18 km from Shimla City. The park is rich in Himalayan flora and fauna and is also visited by many because of unparallel scenic beauty of this place. During winters snow-clad mountain and clear blue sky made the entire surrounding captivating for all the visitors who come here.
This nature park was a Musk Deer Farm in its initial days. The Central Zoo Authority (India) recognized the park as the Himalayan Nature Park in 1996. Now under the supervision of the government, the animals get better living environment and care and at the same time enjoy their natural habitat.
This nature park at Kufri is situated at a height of about 2600 m and it is stretched over an area of 90 hectares. This nature park is like a paradise for the nature lovers. The forest of this nature park has abundant Deodar, Oak, Fir, Holly, Blue Pine and Spruce trees. Many herbs are also found here. The park is the house of varieties of orchids, geranium, primula, balsam etc.
Chail Palace:
Chail is a hill station in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh, India. It is 45 kilometres (28 mi) from Solan city and 44 kilometres (27 mi) from Shimla. It is known for its salubrious beauty and virgin forests. The Chail Palace is well known for its architecture: the palace was built as a summer retreat by the Maharaja of Patiala during the British Raj, on the land allotted to him by the British for the former's assistance in the Anglo-Nepalese War. The cricket ground and a polo ground which is there at an altitude of 2,444 m are owned by the erstwhile royal family of Patiala. It is the world's highest cricket ground.
Chail is also frequented by hikers as it offers wonderful views of the lower Himalayas. It has good trekking points from Junga, Kufri and Ashwani Khad at Solan. Many Eco camps are held here. There are many camping sites for campers and hikers, so camping in Chail is a most sought-after activity for enthusiasts.
Chail Sanctuary :
Chail Sanctuary is located at Chail, a hill station which is home to sambar, goral and cheer pheasants at Blossom and Jhaja. Barking deer and kalij pheasants are seen during dusk and dawn.[1] The best time to visit is from March to October.
It covers 110 km2. Chail Sanctuary has a vast forest cover. In 1976, Chail Wildlife Sanctuary was identified and it was declared as a protected area under government consideration. The cheer pheasant breeding and rehabilitation programme was launched in 1988. There is a dense cover of oak, pine and grassland.
The sanctuary has mainly mammals. Large mammals include rhesus macaque, leopards, Indian muntjac and crested porcupine. Some of the other species found in the area include Himalayan black bear, wild boar, common langur, sambar and black naped hare. European red deer were also introduced half a century ago by the former Maharaja of Patiala but none of them were sighted in 1988 as per the survey conducted. The cheer breeding and rehabilitation centre has helped increase in the number of cheer pheasants nearby.[2]
According to people from Himachal Pradesh, the Chail Wildlife Sanctuary is believed to be the main attraction in Chail.Thickly covered oak forests, deodar tree, Solang Valley in Himachal Pradesh, covers more than 10k hectares of land. It houses rhesus macaque, leopard, Indian muntjac, goral, porcupine, wild boar, langur and Himalayan black bear. It also has prevented few endangered species of reptiles and birds.
Chail Wildlife Sanctuary is reachable through Kalka - Shimla route by road and by train up to Kalka on Ambala-Kalka railway line. The Chail Wildlife Sanctuary is connected with major routes of Shimla and Chandigarh.
Day 4 :
Shimla to Delhi Drop

After breakfast we checkout from hotel and proceed for Delhi by road. On arrival you will be transferred to the airport/railway station to board the flight/Train back to home.

Our offer is based on the usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise). If this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in the next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
🍽️ MEALS:
The menus are pre-set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions and exclusions as committed at the time of confirmation.
In standard/Budget category of hotels, the meals preferences are veg meals unless specified and in Deluxe/Super Deluxe and Luxury category of hotels/resort the meals are a mixture of veg and non-veg preferences.
Mostly buffet meals are served during the tour, but depending upon the less occupancy and group size Ala Carte meals may be served by the hotels. No claim can be made for the meal which guest has missed and not utilized.
📅 ITINERARY CHANGES:
For the comfort and convenience of guests, there could be some changes or amendments in the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event a guest misses any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on their part, they will not be entitled to claim a refund of the same.
The timings mentioned in the day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits en route, meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests, and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.
🚌 TRANSPORT:
We normally use A/C Sedan such as Etios/Desire Innova/Crysta/Tempo Travellers/2X2 A/C Coaches for our tours depending upon the group size and preferences of the travel. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day, rest period per day, etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case any of the sightseeing schedules are missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.
Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.
