India's golden triangle is a tourist circuit in India that connects the national capital, New Delhi, with Agra and Jaipur. The trips usually start in Delhi and move south to the site of the Taj Mahal at Agra (in Uttar Pradesh state), then west, to Jaipur (in the desert landscapes of Rajasthan state). The months between September to April are considered to be the best time to visit these cities, with October, November, February and March being the best out of these months to take in the best that these three cities have to offer. This route is sometimes referred to as the Delhi to Jaipur through the Agra route. From Agra to Jaipur, the bus ride lasts about five hours. From Agra to Jaipur, there is a total distance of 250 kilometres, with Fatehpur Sikri in between. Back to Delhi from Jaipur is a 270-kilometre run.

Day 1 :
Arrival-Delhi
Delhi
Arrival at Delhi Airport by our representative meet & greet and proceed to the hotel. Then city tour of New Delhi & Old Delhi covering Birla Temple, India Gate, PM House, Humayun's Tomb, Red Fort, Qutab Minar, Gandhi Memorial, Jama Masjid, and Chandni Chowk (by walk or Cycle Riksha)-one of the main oldest market of the Delhi. Overnight stay at hotel.
Birla Temple :
It was built by Jugal Kishore Birla from 1933 and 1939. There are also small shrines on the sides dedicated to Shiva, Ganesha, Hanuman and Buddha. It was the first large Hindu temple built in Delhi and is often called Birla Mandir due to being constructed by the Birla family. J.K. Birla in 1939, this beautiful temple is located in the west of Connaught Place. The temple is dedicated to Laxmi (the goddess of prosperity) and Narayana (The preserver). The temple was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi on the condition that people of all castes will be allowed to enter the temple
India Gate :
The India Gate, which has been called a "creative reworking of the Arc de Triomphe" has a span of 30 feet (9.1 m) across the larger opening and lies on the eastern axial end of Kingsway, present-day Kartavya Path, the central vista and main ceremonial procession route in New Delhi. ndia Gate, which is located at the eastern end of the Rajpath (formerly called the Kingsway), is about 138 feet (42 metres) in height. India Gate is one of many British monuments built by order of the Imperial War Graves Commission (later renamed Commonwealth War Graves Commission).
PM House :
The 4.9-hectare (12-acre) Prime Minister's residence was built in the 1980s. It does not have his office inside the house, but has a conference room for informal meetings. The Prime Minister's residence and office and security spread across five bungalows: Bungalow 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9. The 7, Lok Kalyan Marg—previously called 7, Race Course Road—in New Delhi, currently serves as the official place of residence for the prime minister of India. The residence during the tenure of Nehru, the first prime minister, was Teen Murti Bhavan. Lal Bahadur Shastri chose 10, Janpath as an official residence.
Humayun's Tomb :
The tomb of Humayun, second Mughal Emperor of India, was built by his widow, Biga Begum (Hajji Begum), in 1569-70, 14 years after his death, at a cost of 1.5 million rupees. The architect was Mirak Mirza Ghiyath. It was later used for the burial of various members of the ruling family and contains some 150 graves. The structure is of dressed stone clad in red sandstone with white and black inlaid marble borders. Humayun's garden-tomb is also called the 'dormitory of the Mughals' as in the cells are buried over 150 Mughal family members.
Red Fort :
The Red Fort Complex was built as the palace fort of Shahjahanabad – the new capital of the fifth Mughal Emperor of India, Shah Jahan. Named for its massive enclosing walls of red sandstone, it is adjacent to an older fort, the Salimgarh, built by Islam Shah Suri in 1546, with which it forms the Red Fort Complex. Built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as the palace fort of his capital Shahjahanabad, the Red Fort is famous for its massive enclosing walls. The fort's construction was completed over a span of ten years, between 1638 and 1648.
Qutab Minar :
Built of red and buff sandstone and eloquently carved with inscriptional bands, the Qutb Minar is the tallest masonry tower in India, measuring 72.5 metres high, with projecting balconies for calling all Muadhdhin to prayer. An iron pillar in the courtyard gave the mosque a unique Indian aesthetic. The tower is made of sandstone, with marble facings and inlays. The decorations consist of geometric patterns and inscriptions from the Koran. Like all minarets, the Qutub Minar provided high platforms for calls to prayer. This tower also celebrated victory and represented the power of the new dynasty.
Day 2 :
Delh-Sikandra-Agra 205 km / 5 Hrs
Agra
After breakfast proceed to Agra, on the way visit Sikandra, - the Mausoleum of great Mughal Emperor Akbar. On arrival in Agra check into a hotel, and later city tour of Agra Visit the Taj Mahal-The symbol of Love, Agra Fort. Overnight stay at hotel.
Sikandra :
Sikandra is a grandiose complex famous for being the home of the tomb of Akbar the Great, the greatest Mughal leader. This glorious monument showcases a harmonious fusion of Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Islamic and Jain art and architecture. The mausoleum of Mughal emperor Akbar, Sikandra is a red sandstone and marble tomb built by the emperor himself, and finished by his son, Jehangir, in 1613. Akbar is believed to have selected the site of the tomb during his lifetime and planned the structure himself.
Taj Mahal-The symbol of Love :
It is one of the most famous mausoleums of white marble around the world which is visited by millions of tourists from across the world every year. One cannot miss to visit this most famous symbol of love, built by the Mughal King Shahjahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj Mahal is known as a monument of love and a grieving emperor's ode to his beloved deceased queen. Another legend considers the Taj as an embodiment of Shah Jahan's vision of kingship.
Day 3 :
Agra-Fatehpur Sikri-Jaipur / 235 km / 5 hrs
Jaipur
After breakfast proceed to Jaipur, on the way visit Fatehpur Sikri- Akbar Old Capital, buland darwaza (the world's giant Entrance gate), and the Shrine of Sheik Salim Chisti. On arrival, Jaipur visited Amber Fort- the classic romantic Rajasthan fort palace. Its construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592. Later visit the water palace, City Palace-Museum, Jantar Mantar-Observatory, hawa mahal, albert hall. Overnight at the hotel.
Amber Fort :
Amer Fort or Amber Fort is a fort located in Amer, Rajasthan, India. Amer is a town with an area of 4 square kilometres located 11 kilometres from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Located high on a hill, it is the principal tourist attraction in Jaipur. Amer Fort is known for its artistic style elements. One of the top tourist attractions of Jaipur, the huge Amer Palace Fort sits atop a small hill, and is located at a distance about 11 km from the main city. The magnificent Amer Fort is an extensive palace complex that has been built with pale yellow and pink sandstone, and with white marble.
City Palace-Museum :
Located deep within the walled city, the City Palace Complex was conceived and built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the founder of Jaipur. A beautiful fusion of Mughal and Rajput architecture, the palace is still home to the last ruling royal family which lives in a private section of the palace. Jaipur became known as “The Pink City” when, in 1876, Maharaja Ram Singh had most of the buildings painted pink—the color of hospitality—in preparation for a visit by Britain's Queen Victoria. Today, the city is known for its bazaars, forts, temples, palaces, and wildlife sanctuaries.
Jantar Mantar-Observatory :
The Jantar Mantar, Jaipur is a collection of 19 astronomical instruments built by the Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh, the founder of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The monument was completed in 1734. It features the world's largest stone sundial, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is near City Palace and Hawa Mahal. The Jantar Mantar is an observatory comprising of 19 instruments to measure the position and distances of celestial bodies. These 19 instruments are structures carved out of stone, depicting interesting geometric shapes. Vrihat Smarat Yantra is a huge sun dial at the centre of Jantar Mantar observatory.
Day 4 :

🍽️ MEALS:
The menus are pre-set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions and exclusions as committed at the time of confirmation.
In standard/Budget category of hotels, the meals preferences are veg meals unless specified and in Deluxe/Super Deluxe and Luxury category of hotels/resort the meals are a mixture of veg and non-veg preferences.
Mostly buffet meals are served during the tour, but depending upon the less occupancy and group size Ala Carte meals may be served by the hotels. No claim can be made for the meal which guest has missed and not utilized.
📅 ITINERARY CHANGES:
For the comfort and convenience of guests, there could be some changes or amendments in the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event a guest misses any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on their part, they will not be entitled to claim a refund of the same.
The timings mentioned in the day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits en route, meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests, and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.
🚌 TRANSPORT:
We normally use A/C Sedan such as Etios/Desire Innova/Crysta/Tempo Travellers/2X2 A/C Coaches for our tours depending upon the group size and preferences of the travel. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day, rest period per day, etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case any of the sightseeing schedules are missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.
Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.
