Day 1 :
Arrival in Guwahati and drive to Bomdila

Arrive in Guwahati, Assam, and begin your journey to Bomdila, Arunachal Pradesh. The 350 km drive takes around 7-8 hours, passing through scenic landscapes and picturesque villages. Upon arrival in Bomdila, check-in to your hotel and freshen up. Visit the Bomdila Monastery and Upper Gonpa, showcasing the region's rich Buddhist heritage. Overnight stay in Bomdila.
Bomdila Monastery:
The monastery complex houses a prayer hall, a temple, and a museum showcasing Tibetan art and culture. The monastery is home to around 150 monks, who can be seen chanting, meditating, or engaged in debates. Day 2 :

After heavy breakfast check-out from your hotel in Bomdila and drive to Tawang (180 km, 5-6 hours), a town famous for its stunning natural beauty and significant Buddhist sites. Upon arrival in Tawang, check-in to your hotel and visit the Tawang Monastery, the second-largest Buddhist monastery in Asia. Explore the Tawang War Memorial and Craft Centre. The monastery's imposing structure and serene surroundings make it a must-visit destination. Overnight stay in Tawang.

Explore the Tawang Town and its local markets, showcasing the region's unique culture and traditions. Also, visit the Urgelling Monastery, the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama. Pangateng Tso Lake:
Pangateng Tso Lake, located in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh, is a serene and pristine high-altitude lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains and picturesque valleys. Dirang Monastery:
Dirang Monastery, also known as Thupsung Dhargye Ling Monastery, is a beautiful Buddhist monastery located in Dirang, Arunachal Pradesh. Founded in 1924, the monastery belongs to the Gelugpa sect of Tibetan Buddhism and is home to around 50 monks. The monastery is known for its stunning architecture, vibrant murals, and intricate wood carvings. It also houses a collection of ancient scriptures, statues, and artifacts. Dirang Dzong:

Although the original structure was destroyed, it has been rebuilt and now serves as a Buddhist monastery. Sangti Valley:

Day 5 :
Dirang to Guwahati

Check-out from your hotel in Dirang and drive back to Guwahati (350 km, 7-8 hours), passing through scenic landscapes and picturesque villages. If time permits, visit the Kamakhya Temple and Assam State Museum in Guwahati. Depart from Guwahati, bringing back memories of your Arunachal Pradesh journey.

🍽️ MEALS:
The menus are pre-set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions and exclusions as committed at the time of confirmation.
In standard/Budget category of hotels, the meals preferences are veg meals unless specified and in Deluxe/Super Deluxe and Luxury category of hotels/resort the meals are a mixture of veg and non-veg preferences.
Mostly buffet meals are served during the tour, but depending upon the less occupancy and group size Ala Carte meals may be served by the hotels. No claim can be made for the meal which guest has missed and not utilized.
📅 ITINERARY CHANGES:
For the comfort and convenience of guests, there could be some changes or amendments in the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event a guest misses any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on their part, they will not be entitled to claim a refund of the same.
The timings mentioned in the day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits en route, meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests, and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.
🚌 TRANSPORT:
We normally use A/C Sedan such as Etios/Desire Innova/Crysta/Tempo Travellers/2X2 A/C Coaches for our tours depending upon the group size and preferences of the travel. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day, rest period per day, etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case any of the sightseeing schedules are missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.
Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.
