Day 1 :
Arrival in Lonavala and Local Sightseeing
Lonavala
Begin your trip by arriving in Lonavala, either by train or road from Mumbai or Pune. After checking into your hotel and freshening up, start exploring the serene beauty of this hill station. Visit Lion’s Point and Tiger’s Leap for breathtaking valley views. Then, head to the popular Bhushi Dam and unwind by the peaceful Lonavala Lake. In the evening, enjoy the sunset at Rajmachi Point and take a stroll through the Lonavala Market, where you can shop for the famous chikki, fudge, and other local treats. Afterword, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Lonavala.
Lion’s Point:
Lion’s Point is a popular viewpoint in Lonavala offering breathtaking views of deep valleys and waterfalls, especially during monsoon. It’s a great spot for photography and enjoying cool breezes. The location is easily accessible by road and attracts visitors throughout the year. Sunrise and sunset here are particularly stunning. Food stalls around the point make it a lively hangout spot.
Tiger’s Leap:

Caves and Khandala Exploration

Early in the morning, after breakfast, start your day with a visit to the historic Karla Caves, known for their impressive rock-cut Buddhist architecture. Continue to the nearby Bhaja Caves, which offer a more serene and less crowded experience along with scenic trails. In the afternoon, take a short drive to Khandala and explore attractions like Duke’s Nose, offering stunning panoramic views, and the old Reversing Station for a nostalgic vibe. Return to Lonavala in the evening to relax or optionally enjoy light adventure activities like zip-lining if available. Afterword, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Lonavala.
Karla Caves:
Karla Caves are ancient Buddhist rock-cut caves dating back to the 2nd century BC, known for their impressive chaitya (prayer hall) and intricate carvings. The main hall features a grand entrance and a large stupa inside. These caves reflect remarkable architectural skill and spiritual significance. A small temple of Goddess Ekvira is also located at the site. The caves are perched on a hill, requiring a short but steep climb.
Duke’s Nose:

Journey to Mumbai and South Mumbai Highlights

Early in the morning, after breakfast, check out from your hotel and travel to Mumbai in the morning and begin your city exploration at the iconic Gateway of India. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. If you're up for it, take a ferry ride to the historic Elephanta Caves. After returning, explore the vibrant Colaba Causeway for shopping and colonial charm. Visit the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya to get a glimpse into Mumbai’s cultural and historical treasures. As the sun sets, enjoy a relaxed walk along Marine Drive and the breezy vibes of Girgaum Chowpatty. Afterword, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Mumbai.
Gateway of India:
Gateway of India is one of Mumbai’s most iconic landmarks, built in 1924 to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary. Overlooking the Arabian Sea, it serves as a popular gathering spot for tourists and locals alike. The structure features Indo-Saracenic architectural style with impressive arches and detailed stonework. It was also the ceremonial exit point for British troops in 1948. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya:

Day 4 :
Bandra & Coastal Vibes
Mumbai
Early in the morning, after breakfast, start your day with a visit to the Haji Ali Dargah, a serene place located offshore, accessible by a causeway (check tide timings). Next, head to Bandra where you can visit the historic Bandra Fort and Mount Mary Church. Explore the street art and colorful alleys of Chapel Road, or visit Jio World Drive for a more modern vibe. Drive across the stunning Bandra-Worli Sea Link and relax by the Worli Seaface, watching the waves and skyline as your trip nears its end. Afterword, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Mumbai.
Bandra Fort:
Bandra Fort, also known as Castella de Aguada, is a 17th-century Portuguese fort located at the edge of Bandra overlooking the Arabian Sea. It offers stunning views of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and the coastline. The fort is a peaceful spot, ideal for photography and quiet walks. Though partially in ruins, it retains its historical charm. It’s a favorite among locals for evening hangouts and sunset views.
Mount Mary Church:
Mount Mary Church is a beautiful Roman Catholic basilica situated on a hill in Bandra, dedicated to Mother Mary. It’s known for its serene atmosphere and Gothic-style architecture. The church attracts thousands of devotees, especially during the Mount Mary Fair held in September. The interiors are peaceful, with stained glass and prayer candles adding to the charm. It also offers a panoramic view of the sea and surrounding neighborhood.
Day 5 :
Departure
Mumbai
On your final day, check out from your hotel in Mumbai and prepare for your journey back. Depending on your departure time, you may squeeze in a short walk along a local promenade or stop by a nearby café. Carry along the memories, photos, and goodies from your trip as you head home.

Our offer is based on the usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise). If this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in the next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
🍽️ MEALS:
The menus are pre-set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions and exclusions as committed at the time of confirmation.
In standard/Budget category of hotels, the meals preferences are veg meals unless specified and in Deluxe/Super Deluxe and Luxury category of hotels/resort the meals are a mixture of veg and non-veg preferences.
Mostly buffet meals are served during the tour, but depending upon the less occupancy and group size Ala Carte meals may be served by the hotels. No claim can be made for the meal which guest has missed and not utilized.
📅 ITINERARY CHANGES:
For the comfort and convenience of guests, there could be some changes or amendments in the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event a guest misses any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on their part, they will not be entitled to claim a refund of the same.
The timings mentioned in the day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits en route, meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests, and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.
🚌 TRANSPORT:
We normally use A/C Sedan such as Etios/Desire Innova/Crysta/Tempo Travellers/2X2 A/C Coaches for our tours depending upon the group size and preferences of the travel. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day, rest period per day, etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case any of the sightseeing schedules are missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.
Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.
