Day 1 :
Haridwar/Dehradun Airport – Barkot

Upon arrival at Haridwar/Dehradun Airport, our driver will pick you from the station or airport and drive to Barkot. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight stay at Barkot.
Day 2 :
Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot

Early Morning drive to Jankichatti, Jankichatti is the starting point for trek route towards Yamunotri i.e. 6 Kms one way [you have option either walk or hire Pony or by Doli at your own cost]. Upon arrival at Yamunotri, take a Holy bath in Tapt Kund (Hot spring) or Yamuna River (Cold Water) and visit Yamunotri temple "Darshan" and Pooja of pious "Yamuna Ji" at Divya Shila. Later return to Janki Chatti and then further drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot.
Yamunotri:
Yamunotri is the source of the Yamuna River and the seat of the Goddess Yamuna in Hinduism. It is situated at an altitude of 3,293 metres (10,804 ft) in the Garhwal Himalayas in District Uttarkashi. It is one of the four sites in Char Dham pilgrimage of Uttarakhand. The sacred shrine of Yamunotri, source of the river Yamuna, is the westernmost shrine in the Garhwal Himalayas, perched atop a flank of Bandar Poonch Parvat. The chief attraction at Yamunotri is the temple devoted to the Goddess Yamuna and the holy thermal springs at Janki Chatti (7 km. Away).
Day 3 :
Barkot – Uttarkashi

Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. Enroute visit Vishwanath Temple.Upon arrival check-in at hotel. Rest of the day free. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Uttarkashi:
Uttarkashi, the headquarters of the eponymous district, is an ancient land with rich cultural heritage and a picture-postcard-like appeal with sweeping mountain views. It is famous for an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, which is visited by thousands throughout the year. As the name suggests, it's considered to be the Kashi (another name for Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, which is home to one of the most renowned Lord Shiva temples) of the north (uttar). Uttarkashi is dotted with several temples dedicated to Lord Hanuman, Goddess Durga, Parshuram, Dattatrya, Bhairav, Annapurna, Laksheswar, Ekadashrudra, etc. It is surrounded by high Himalayan ranges, green meadows and several hot springs. In winter, it is enveloped in snow.
Day 4 :
Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

After breakfast, we proceed to the Gangotri excursion tour. En-route enjoy picturesque Harsil valley, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. Upon arrival at Gangotri, visit Gangotri Mata Temple and perform pooja, Bhagirath Shilla and Surya Kund. Thereafter we drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Gangotri:
Nestled in the high and majestic Garhwal Himalayas, Gangotri, in Uttarakhand, is one of the char dhams, which are considered an important pilgrimage for Hindus. It is the highest temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga. The holy River Ganges originates from the Gangotri glacier, located here, and is called Bhagirathi. The main attraction in Gangotri is the Gangotri Temple, where Goddess Ganga is worshipped. A 20-ft-high structure, the exquisite temple is made with white granite. Gangotri exudes a surreal and pious aura that attracts devotees and tourists alike. Moreover, the beautiful snow-clad mountains in the vicinity and crystal-clear waters of the Ganges add to the serenity of the place.
Apart from visiting the temples, tourists can also visit the Bhagirathi shila, which is a piece of stone where mythological king Bhagirath is believed to have meditated to seek penance for his ancestors' sins. Head to the beautiful Gaurikund and Surya Kund near the Gangotri Temple as you explore more.
Day 5 :
Uttarkashi – Guptkashi

Guptkashi :
Guptkashi has a great importance quite like that of Kashi. The ancient Vishwanath temple, Ardhnareshwar temple and Manikarnik Kund, where the two streams of Ganga and Yamuna are believed to meet, are the main places of attraction in Guptkashi. It is believed that after the battle of Mahabharata, the Pandavas wanted to meet Lord Shiva and seek his blessing. But Lord Shiva evaded from Guptkasi to Kedarnath as he did not want to meet the Pandavas, the reason being that although they had fought for the right cause, they were also responsible for destroying their own dynasty.
Early in the morning you will drive till Sonprayag (vehicles allow till this point) from here you need to take a local jeep/ Max to reach Gaurikund (3 Kms, on direct payment basis, approx. INR 200 per person). Upon arrival in Gaurikund, you will start your Trek towards Kedarnath Temple, which is a long and beautiful man-made trail. After reaching, check in at your accommodation. Later performing Pooja and Darshan of Shri Kedarnath Temple.Overnight stay at Kedarnath.
Sonprayag:
Sonprayag, translating to 'Golden Confluence,' is aptly named for its spiritual importance. Pilgrims believe that taking a dip in the confluence of Basuki and Mandakini rivers at Sonprayag cleanses the soul of sins, purifying the devotee before their onward journey to the sacred shrines. The pristine surroundings and the rhythmic flow of the rivers create a serene atmosphere conducive to introspection and prayer.
Kedarnath:
Kedarnath is one of the most sacred temples and the holiest Hindu pilgrimages in India. A part of Chhota Char Dham Yatra in Uttarakhand, Kedarnath is one of the most important among the 12 Jyotirlingas in India dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Located on the Garhwal Himalayan Range in the Rudraprayag District, Kedarnath Temple can only be reached from Gaurikund through a trek and remains open only for six months from April to November, due to heavy snowfall in the region during the rest of the months.
Early morning, check-out from the hotel. Later trek down to Gaurikund. On arrival in Gaurikund from here you need to take a local jeep/ Max to reach Sonprayag (3 kms, on direct payment basis, approx. 200 per person). Later drive to Guptkashi. On arrival check-in at the hotel. An overnight stay.
Gaurikund:
Gaurikund in Guptakashi is famous for being the starting point and the last road head before the Kedarnath Yatra begins. Gaurikund is located on the banks of the River Mandakini and is rightly considered to be the gateway to spirituality and salvation. Located at an altitude of about 2,000 meters above sea level, the Gaurikund Temple and Gauri Lake are important landmarks that the place is famous for.
Day 8 :
Guptkashi – Badrinath

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Badrinath. Enroute drive via Chopta and visit Narsingh Temple at Joshimath. Upon arrival at Badrinath, check-in at the hotel. Afternoon at leisure.Evening visit at Shri Badrinath Temple Aarti [If time permits]
Badrinath:
Badrinath, known for the sacred Badrinath Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu is one of the four Char Dham and Chota Char Dham pilgrimage yatras. Perched on the Garhwal hill tracks, near the Alaknanda River, Badrinath is situated in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. Placed between Nar and Narayan mountain ranges, Badrinath Temple is situated in the backdrop of the mighty Neelkanth mountain and is known for stunning natural beauty.
Day 9 :
Badrinath – Joshimath/Rudraprayag

Morning after bath in the Taptkund visit to Shri Badrinath Temple, Brahma Kamal is significant for Pind Dan Shradh of ancestors (Pitru). There is other interesting sightseeing spot like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Mata Murti Temple, Bhim Kund and the "Mukh '' of the Saraswati River & Saraswati Temple. Just within the three Kms of Badrinath Ji.
After the sightseeing tour, drive towards Joshimath/Rudraprayag. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Joshimath/Rudraprayag.
Joshimath:
Joshimath, also known as Jyotirmath, is a hill town perched at the height of 6150 feet in Chamoli district of Gharwal region of Uttarakhand. Joshimath serves as an important religious centre for Hindu pilgrims and lies in the proximity to one of the four 'maths' founded by Adi Guru Shri Shankaracharya in the 8th century. This 'math' dedicated to the holy text of Hindus called Atharva Veda.
Vyas Gufa:
Vyas Gufa is a sacred site in Mana near Badrinath, Uttarakhand where Maharishi Ved Vyas documented Mahabharata with the help of Lord Ganesha. Many other Puranas, Sutras and Veda were also composed by Maharishi Ved Vyas in this cave. A unique feature of the cave is the roof that resembles the pages of a script.
Mata Murti Temple:
Dedicated to the mother of twin brothers, Lord Badrinath and Nara, Mata Murti Temple is a sacred Hindu temple located in Badrinath. Lord Badrinath is also known as Narayan. It is believed that Mata Murti prayed with utmost dedication to Lord Vishnu and requested him to take birth from her womb as his next incarnation. Lord Vishnu, pleased with her devotion, took birth in the form of the twins. Therefore, praying to the Goddess is believed to free one from the sufferings of the materialistic life. A fair is held every year in September at the temple on the day of Shravan Dwadashi in the honour of the Goddess.
Day 10 :
Rudraprayag – Haridwar/Dehradun Airport

After breakfast, check-out and drive to Haridwar/Dehradun Airport. Upon arrival we will drop you at Haridwar/Dehradun Airport.

🍽️ MEALS:
The menus are pre-set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions and exclusions as committed at the time of confirmation.
In standard/Budget category of hotels, the meals preferences are veg meals unless specified and in Deluxe/Super Deluxe and Luxury category of hotels/resort the meals are a mixture of veg and non-veg preferences.
Mostly buffet meals are served during the tour, but depending upon the less occupancy and group size Ala Carte meals may be served by the hotels. No claim can be made for the meal which guest has missed and not utilized.
📅 ITINERARY CHANGES:
For the comfort and convenience of guests, there could be some changes or amendments in the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event a guest misses any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on their part, they will not be entitled to claim a refund of the same.
The timings mentioned in the day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits en route, meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests, and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.
🚌 TRANSPORT:
We normally use A/C Sedan such as Etios/Desire Innova/Crysta/Tempo Travellers/2X2 A/C Coaches for our tours depending upon the group size and preferences of the travel. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day, rest period per day, etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case any of the sightseeing schedules are missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.
Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.
