Delays caused by clients may result in missed sightseeing opportunities without refund.
- AC Operation: Please note that A/C may not be operational in certain conditions such as in specific climates or regions. No claims will be entertained regarding the A/C functionality in such cases.

- 💳 Payment Terms and Methods:
  - In the financial year, if the Tour expenses are less than 7 lacs then 5% TCS will be levied
  - In the financial year, if the Tour expenses are more than 7 lacs then 20% TCS will be levied
  - TCS will apply to the total cost (i.e.((Cabin fare + Service Charge & Levies + Fuel charge) *GST)*TCS)
  - 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the cruise package reservation.
  🔄 Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  - Cancellation is only allowed for a complete stateroom.
  - Service Charges, Levies & fuel charges will be refunded.
  - Partial individual cancellation is not allowed, cancellation will be for entire stateroom.
  - Cancellation should be informed before departure via Email or Call to Customer care.
  - Refund will be processed within 31 working days from the cancellation date.
